Registration |

Select the Registration link and fill in all information required. Then you will be able to read ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’, please read these and then if happy with them, click on I accept.You will then be given the option to setup payment methods; which are 30 Day Terms or Credit Card Transactions.
Once registered you are able to order immediately as your registration will automatically log you onto the site.This will be shown by the greeting “your name” at the top of the page. You will receive your log in i.d. and password within one hour of registration for further use.

Business Credit Account |

If you are a UK VAT REGISTERED organisation you will be asked when registering if you would like to open a credit account.
It is MANDATORY to supply your organisation’s VAT NUMBER Please also provide company registration number if you are a registered company (your organisation’s accounts department will supply both numbers). After submitting these details we then have sufficient information to open your credit account.
Whilst you are able to order immediately after opening your account, it will normally take up to 3 hours before your account has been cleared.
If you had registered on the site in the past and now wish to open your credit account, select the Customer Services left hand link, then go to the Open Credit Account section. If you have a credit account but also require the credit card option, select credit card payment when going through checkout.

Searching for Products |

There are various ways to search on the firscall.co.uk site, you may find your favorite ways but here are a selected few.
Using Search & Shop on the Home Page - blank box means not selected
- Manufacturer - GO will display all the manufacturers products categories available on the site. Then select one.
- Product - GO will display the manufacturers of the product available on the site. Select one of the manufacturers.
- Manufacturer & Product - GO will display all the specific manufacturer product categories available on the site e.g. Epson - Inkjet cartridges.
- Keyword - GO if used alone, input the part number of the product, or the firscall.co.uk stock code. These searches will display the precise item you require.
Keyword - GO enter the model number of your machine or one specific word related to the description of the product required. This will display all related products and various brands and compatible products for the product item you are searching.
May also wish to use Keyword (3 letters minimum). If you require to view a range of products with a part number partially similar part number e.g. DDS3, this search will allow you to view all the product and manufacturers with this number.
- Manufacturer & Keyword - GO will allow you to view all the family of original products available for a particular machine. e.g. by entering "MANUFACTURER (Hewlett Packard) - KEYWORD (4500)" will display all Hewlett Packard laser toner, laser drum, paper, transparency, spares and any other product categories associated with the Hewlett Packard 4500 machine.
- Cheapest tick box only select the cheapest search when your comparing various brand and compatibles for products, by selecting "PRODUCT (laser toner) - KEYWORD (C4127X) CHEAPEST (X)" will display to you the list of branded & compatible products available for this laser toner from cheapest in descending order. NOTE: The MANUFACTURER box must be left blank for the cheapest tick box to be effective.
- Manufacturer & Product & Keyword - GO will display the specific item and brand you require.
- Product Index select the manufacturer then select the product item from the product category listed.

All information and part numbers are from the manufacturers of the products. firscall.co.uk has been designed to provide accurate product information enabling you to rely on easy identification of products when purchasing consumable shopping requirements.
When looking for products the best way to use the site is to find the MANUFACTURER PART NUMBERS written on PRODUCT BOXES or from the USER MANUAL provided with the hardware.
Compatibility Charts these charts are useful for making sure you are NOT DUPLICATING the product items you purchase.
You may find the manufacturers of products may construct the engines of certain equipment identically. This may lead to your organisation storing duplicate products because you are ordering goods based on model numbers not part numbers. By using our Compatibility Charts that can be printed off from the firscall.co.uk web site, you are able to cross check part numbers against model numbers.
These Compatibility Charts are updated quarterly.

Favourites Catalogue |

This feature will enable you to store your favorite product lines in a dedicated area on the site.
This is useful when finding a product you may want to revert back to, simply add the product to the favourites. Firscall will not delete items from your favourites catalogue, you will need to delete when necessary.

YOUR CART will follow you around the site to allow you to view your order wherever you are purchasing from.
When you come to the end of your shop, enter Shopping Cart, and check the details are correct. At this stage you may print your order for quotation purposes, although the site will allow you to print your order details when you complete your order.

To set up the Bespoke Account it is necessary to submit details of your ordering requirements. Please call Firscall Account Management Team on 0800 435309. Once you have applied for this facility you should see your new left hand link named Bespoke Catalogue this is your PERSONALIZED PRODUCT & PRICE LIST available to order on-line, by post or over the phone.
If any product is subject to a special promotion there will be indication of this beside the product. If you require quick additions of products for your on-line use contact the Firscall Account Management team on 0800 435309.
Monthly/Quarterly Statement of your account, is for your personal and departmental use. We will also send your accounts department quarterly statements of your credit account ledger.
Order From Account this facility will allow you to re-order from previous orders. If any price changes occur on products the wording *new price will be visible next to the price of the product.

Place orders by adding single product lines or multiple product lines into your cart after you finish your order go to View Cart, then if you are happy with the order, then Go To Checkout. You must then fill in your Purchase Order No. and click on the Delivery Times required. Then choose the Payment Method and Place Order. You will then be given a Site Reference No.

Track your Order |

Log in and then select the Order Tracking logo on the front page. You are then able to access the order tracking facility on the site, with the last order you placed at the top of the listings.
The wording of the order tracking will change according to the status of the order:
a: Pending b: Part Shipped c: Shipped d: Cancelled

Specials Today |

This facility will provide you with the Firscall special deals. When you see the Specials Today logo on a product you must order from the specials page by clicking the logo or going directly into the specials area via the front page.
If you do not want to take advantage of the special deal just make your order as normal using your bespoke price or the price breaks.

Pricing |

Standard account prices are allocated to your cart displaying the quantity break rate. If you change the quantity in shopping cart and select Update Cart the quantity break price will adjust automatically. Bespoke Account prices will be displayed with the wording Your Price. This price is the fixed rate for any quantity of the product line.
