Firscall is a specialist provider of office
products, data storage media & printer consumables
to clients across the UK.
Our approach
Since our first day of trading back in 1994,
Firscall's mission has been to make the purchase
of office stationery & IT consumables
a painless process for each and every customer
across the UK.
To achieve this we have always provided customers
with exactly what they want:
- 12 years ago this was dedicated account
managers providing a single point of contact
for all enquiries including advice on
products, price negotiations, discounts
offered on computer components, orders,
dispatch, accounts and queries.
- In 2002, with the arrival of the Internet,
it was online ordering facilities for
both one off purchases or account-based
customers.
- More recently it has been online price
transparency.
As we approach our 15th birthday we continue
to listen and now offer a unique service along
with amazing discounts offered on the full
office products range. Its Called the First
Account, it combines the convenience of our
online e-procurement facilities backed up
by the experience of a dedicated offline account
manager.
The result: a flexible purchasing solution
that works within existing procurement processes
to deliver a hassle free, quick, reliable
service offering competitively priced products.
